yer man ill help you out do like a half built one and send it off to people so it like a DIY so they can build it at home (cheaper) faster for you (half of you work done) yer and make a warehouse in aust :) yer thats all i could think of but ill keep you up to date ok
how about importing the usa atom?
talk to the koenigsegg importers? if they can get that supercar in, surely the atom is no prob.
i will purchase one but am happy with my clubman.
Its easy, join the waiting list at http://www.openwheelers.com.au like the rest of us.
You may have to wait a few years though, or buy out a waiting member for a position.
Alternatively you could bring it in through SEVS, however the modifications, tests and compliance work is very expensive.
Thanks for the advice Anonymous, but waiting another 2 years (and who knows how much longer) doesn't feel like a particularly attractive option, having waited years already with no sign...
THE ONLY WAY IS TO BUY THE MANUFACTURING RIGHTS AS THEY HAVE IN THE STATES.AS ENGLAND HAS ONLY SEVEN PEOPLE MAKING THE UNITS AND IT TAKES FORTY HOURS TO WELD THE CHASSIS ALONE.SO AT BEST THEY WILL MAKE 12 A YEAR.I KNOW THIS AS I SEEN IT AT ELFIN SPORTS CARS SURE THE ATOM HAS NO BODY WORK BUT THERES WAS MADE OUT SIDE BUT TAKES 2 DAYS TO FIT
one sure way of getting an Atom would be to move to the UK, USA or any other country where you can source one, buy it stay there for 12 months, yes minimum 12 months!!!, with passport stamps to prove it, then my friends you can import your lovely Atom without any restrictions froms Customs or Dotars. As for rego, well thats another matter.
i want one and im not one of those who want to see one on the roads but one who is going actually going to buy it. ive beenlooking at open wheelers for a while but theres nothing like the atom.
Iam possibly considering giving santa clause a blow job in order for him to bring me one for christmas.
